AsronsWorld Ltd (trading as ADHISHIV) complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU GDPR where applicable. This notice summarises your rights and our supporting practices.
1. Your rights
- Right to be informed about processing.
- Right of access to your personal data.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") in eligible cases.
- Right to restrict processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object, including to direct marketing.
- Rights related to automated decision‑making and profiling.
2. Lawful bases
We rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
3. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
Business customers can request a signed DPA covering UK GDPR Article 28 obligations, sub‑processor disclosures and security commitments. Email legal@adhishiv.com.
4. International transfers
Transfers outside the UK rely on UK IDTAs, EU SCCs with the UK Addendum, or adequacy regulations.
5. Exercising your rights
Submit requests to privacy@adhishiv.com. We respond within one calendar month. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
6. Automated decision‑making
Where our AI systems make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, we provide meaningful information about the logic and the right to obtain human intervention.
